Foundation stone for road construction laid in Ismailganj Ward at Astha Nagar Murli Temple and Harihar Nagar

On Sunday, a significant event took place in the Chowk area, where the Honorable Mayor, Mrs. Sushma Kharkwal, laid the foundation stone for the construction of internal roads leading to three major temples. These temples are the Shri Badi Kali Ji Temple, Lal Temple, and Dwarkadhish Temple. Several dignitaries were present during the foundation stone ceremony, including local councilor Anurag Mishra and senior BJP leader Amit Tandon. The construction of these roads will not only benefit the local residents but will also make it easier for devotees coming from outside Lucknow to visit these ancient temples.

Details of the Road Construction Projects
Honorable Councilor Anurag Mishra shared that the first road will be constructed from Shri Badi Kali Ji Temple to the Chowk Khunkhun Ji Inter College gate, where the work of repairing the CC road and drainage is underway. The second road will be built from Uttam Kapoor’s residence to the Lal Temple, with CC road and drainage repair work also being carried out. The third road will be constructed from Dwarkadhish Temple to Agarwal Niwas, where similar repairs will take place. The entire cost of these road constructions will be borne by the Honorable Mayor from her fund, ensuring the project is completed swiftly.

Presence of Dignitaries
The event was attended by several distinguished guests, including businessman Uttam Kapoor, Dr. Umang Khanna, Subodh Tandon, and the president of Agarwal Samaj, Sandeep Agarwal. In addition, the head priest of Badi Kali Ji Temple, K.C. Malhotra, Gyan Rastogi, and other prominent figures from the area were present. The Municipal Corporation officials present included Zone 6 Zonal Officer Manoj Yadav, EXEN Jhillu Ram, AE Alok Srivastava, and JE Abhishek Gupta.

The completion of these roads will not only provide convenience to the residents of the surrounding areas but will also greatly benefit devotees visiting these famous temples. This will make it easier for devotees to reach the temples, and local businesses and traffic conditions will also improve.

Foundation Stone for Road and Drainage Work Laid in Ismailganj Ward
On Sunday, the Honorable Mayor, through a phone call, laid the foundation stone for road and drainage work in Astha Nagar Murli Temple and in Harihar Nagar at Gyan Vihar. Addressing the people over the phone, she mentioned that due to some important work, she had to be out of the city, but once the road construction is completed, she will visit the ward for the inauguration. The event was attended by Ismailganj First Ward’s former BJP candidate Krishna Veer Singh (Bantu), Harihar Nagar Jan Kalyan Vikas Samiti President Mukesh Dhar Dubey, Shri Chandrabhan Singh, Ashutosh Mishra, Uttam Singh Yadav, and guardian Advocate Yogendra Mishra, along with Santosh Singh, Manish Pandey, and Dr. Mannu Chauhan.
