Lucknow Along with the overall development of his constituency, Sarojininagar MLA Dr. Rajeshwar Singh remains equally sensitive towards public health. The weekly public dialogue initiative “Aapka Vidhayak – Aapke Dwar” has not only become a medium for addressing people’s grievances but is also playing a vital role in ensuring healthcare access through the organization of free medical camps.
In the past four weeks, free medical camps were organized across Sarojininagar in collaboration with several prestigious healthcare institutions. With the active participation of expert doctors from Apollo Hospital, T.S. Mishra Medical College and Hospital, K.K. Hospital, and Sun Eye Hospital, more than 300 residents underwent health check-ups and over 200 beneficiaries received free spectacles. Earlier, similar successful health camps had also been conducted with the support of Chetna Dental Clinic and SKD Academy.
Expressing gratitude towards all the participating hospitals, doctors, and supporting staff, Dr. Rajeshwar Singh said: “A healthy society is the foundation of a prosperous society. My commitment is to ensure that every citizen of Sarojininagar has access to quality healthcare services, free of cost and with ease. In the coming days, efforts will be made to associate more healthcare institutions with this campaign.” Thus, in Sarojininagar, Dr. Singh’s continuous initiative is emerging as an exemplary model of ‘Public Healthcare Service’ that goes beyond conventional political service.
