Embracing this spirit, Mayor of Lucknow, Mrs. Sushma Kharkwal, celebrated Holi with the elderly at the old age home in Zone-7, Adil Nagar. On this occasion, she applied gulal to the elderly and played Holi with them in a traditional manner.
